built my own gun vise and set it up in the shop. Soon afterwards the
fellas started fighting over who got to use it first! It was pretty
apparent that I wasn't the only one who wanted an 'ultimate' gun

DuraCoat is a two part chemical coating. Unlike other
firearm finishes, DuraCoat was created specifically for firearms.
Other firearm finishes are "spin-off's" from other industries.
DuraCoat is extremely easy to apply. Anyone can do it. DuraCoat was
designed for the average gun owner. Preheating, baking and blasting
are not required. Expensive, space consuming equipment is not
needed. Simply clean and degrease the surface prior to application.
If you don't have access to an airbrush, HVLP spray gun or
conventional spray gun, our EZ Airbrush (#1SAB) is all the equipment

The price of $59.95 + $5 shipping includes carefully
cutting and changing YOUR sear/hammer geometry for a minimal,
acceptable positive engagement. A new sear is provided if needed. A
Wolff sear and hammer spring are installed upon re-assembly. I tune
the trigger spring myself. The sear is stoned/polished as are the
rails in the trigger group for smoothness of operation. The trigger
bar sear purchase is adjusted so the safety is clearly preventing
sear movement and the first stage is minimized in the trigger
travel. Everything is fine tuned to a minimal, acceptable pull
weight...usually less than 6#, but your mileage may vary. Lastly, I
use a low heat and lubricate the trigger group’s internals with
moly. |
